Billing Officer

• Supervise and guide sales associates, cashiers, and floor staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, clean, and compliant with company display and merchandising standards.
• Monitor daily sales, staff performance, and customer interactions.
• Assist with achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the Store Manager.
• Handle escalated customer issues, complaints, or returns professionally.
• Conduct daily briefings with staff on promotions, targets, and policies.
• Ensure staff follow operational procedures including billing, inventory control, and safety protocols.
• Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.
• Oversee shift schedules, break management, and floor coverage.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to the Store Manager.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock receiving and cycle counts.
• Ensure security protocols are followed to prevent theft or loss.

Work Environment

• Retail store floor.
• Standing for long hours and handling physical stock may be required.
• Fast-paced environment, especially during peak sales seasons.
