In this vital role, you will oversee the entire billing & payroll process, manage client accounts, ensure compliance within state guidlines, and maintain accurate financial and employee records. Your expertise will help streamline our financial workflows, enhance client satisfaction, and support our company's growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses strong leadership skill. Healthcare background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing cycles within our Electronic Verification Systems & The Missouri Sandata Aggregator. To ensure all systems are synced correctly
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, tax deductions, and compliance with applicable laws...
• Collaborate with our payroll department to maintain accurate records for Taxes, Payroll, and Client documents.
• Perform audits to ensure the agency is in compliance with State & Federal regulations related to specific billing requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining positive relationships.
• Support audit preparations by maintaining organized documentation of billing records, payroll data, and internal controls.

Experience

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on billing management and payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and billing in the Healthcare Field.
• Experience with multiple systems such as Excel, Word, Micresoft to create and maintain spreadsheets for data .
• Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation tasks.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
