Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing & Planning Engineer to manage the billing process and participate in planning activities for our infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in civil engineering, particularly within the domains of roads, highways, railways, and building construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and update project plans to reflect any changes, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Coordination with Teams: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects as per plans.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in billing and planning engineering within the construction industry, specifically in road, highway, railway, or building projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, such as B.Tech/B.E. A master's degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction-related software tools for planning and billing.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation and project planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jal Jeevan Mission projects
• Professional certification in project management
