Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Billing & QS Engineer with a focus on Civil and MEP projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing billing processes, cost estimation, and quantity surveying within industrial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Quantity Surveying: Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities for various construction disciplines.
• Contract Management: Assist in the preparation and analysis of contract documents, ensuring compliance and consistency with project requirements.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project billing aligns with progress schedules.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying within the industrial, residential, roads, and highways sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Work Environment: This is a full-time, site-based position.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
