Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, and cost analysis for civil building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in civil construction, with additional experience in execution being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and certify contractor bills as per project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Material Reports (DMR).
• Conduct quantity estimation and reconciliation of materials and work completed.
• Collaborate with site engineers and project managers for accurate execution and billing.
• Coordinate with vendors, and contractors for smooth billing operations.
• Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil building construction.
• Hands-on experience in execution is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing.
• Strong knowledge of DPR, DMR, and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
