Billing Service Specialist

The Billing Service Team manages the full billing cycle to ensure customers have a clear, accurate, and seamless billing experience. This includes generating statements, processing payments, resolving billing questions, and providing expert support to both internal partners and external customers.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 to 3 years of related experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
