Billing Specialist

Meeks Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a billing specialist to manage the service invoicing process. Prior experience with billing or accounting is preferred. Attention to detail and strong work ethic is a must. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Sorting technician paperwork
• Preparing and sending invoices
• Contacting customers for collection
• Processing payments
• Monitoring aging accounts
• Dispute resolutions

Key skills required:

• Experience as a billing specialist or accounting experience
• Accuracy on data entry
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter/motivator
