Billing Specialist

Job Description

Stallion Restoration is hiring an Entry-Level Billing & Collections Specialist to support our billing and accounts receivable process for restoration projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or insurance billing. Training is provided, and we’re looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with preparing and submitting invoices and billing packages
• Enter and maintain billing information in our CRM and billing systems
• Follow up on outstanding payments with insurance companies and clients
• Help track accounts receivable and aging reports (30/60/90 days)
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to resolve billing questions
• Ensure files are complete, accurate, and properly documented
• Support the billing team with daily administrative and follow-up tasks
• Learn and follow company billing procedures and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or administrative support
• Interest in insurance billing, restoration billing, or finance-related roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable making follow-up calls and sending emails
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Experience with CRM software or Xactimate is a plus, but not required

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
