JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced biller to expand our team to help support our growing business. Our billers have great customer service skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working over the phone and collaborating with staff from multiple teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Billing Specialist verifies insurance benefits, researches patient accounts to determine amounts owed, works with patients to collect balances, and works with outside collection agencies on unpaid balances.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of billing experience preferred
• CPT or CPB certification
• Medicaid billing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Savvy with spreadsheets
• Previous experience billing with mental/behavioral health is a plus!

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
