Billing staff

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Billing Executive to handle customer billing and payment processing at our footwear store. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and comfortable using billing or POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate bills and process payments (cash, card, UPI)
• Handle customer queries related to billing
• Maintain daily sales and cash records
• Coordinate with the inventory and sales team for smooth operations
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented

Requirements:

• Fresher / 1+ year of experience in billing or cashier role (retail preferred)
• Familiarity with billing software or POS systems
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
