Job Title: Billing Staff
Location: Kochi
Employment Type: Full-time
Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a Billing Staff member to handle daily billing, payments, receipts, and purchases, and maintain accurate records. They must be able to work accurately and should be responsible.

Key Responsibilities:

· Billing of Invoices, purchase entries, maintaining records and files.

· Maintain a list of customers

· Explain products to customers and help them take the right materials.

· Collecting a new database for customers from social media and follow-up

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Education: B.Com.
Experience: 2 Years. Experience in the building materials industry is preferred.

· Knowledge of accounting

· Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Tally/ERP)

· Good communication and time management

· Ability to work honestly.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounts.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good research and analytical abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Familiarity with marketing tools
• Ability to maintain and grow client relationships
• Passionate about company development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
