i3screen is seeking a Billing Support Specialist for our growing business. The Billing Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to our Partners and the Billing Department. Support to our Partners includes answering questions from our Partners who utilize our Billing Module. Communication includes, but is not limited to, inbound and outbound calls, email, and video conferencing. Support includes assisting Partners with establishing their pricing in our system, as well as managing their exceptions and billing cycle using the i3screen system. The Billing Support Specialist will also be responsible for the implementation of onboarding new Partners for i3screen’s billing purposes. Onboarding includes, but is not limited to, reading Agreements to understand pricing and entering the i3screen system, establishing billing protocols for communication, understanding pricing increases and decreases to create current fee schedules for Partners’ reference. The Billing Support Specialist will also assist with monitoring and resolving daily queues to ensure cases are properly billed to our Partners. Billing Support Specialist will also assist with disputes of charges billed to our Partners, which includes evaluating fees associated with Cases, communicating with vendors to coordinate adjustments, and communicating approvals and denials of the adjustment requests directly with Partners. The Billing Support Specialist, like all Department Team Members, will provide flexible support across the Department, with tasks and other employees, to ensure operational efficiency.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Be subject matter expert for the Billing Module providing support to Partners
Facilitate the onboarding a new Partner for i3screen billing purposes
Ability to evaluate pricing Agreements / Amendments and determine current pricing for Partners
Reviewing and completing Billing Exceptions for i3screen billing cycle
Investigate billing disputes and communicate with appropriate vendors to determine adjustments
Explaining pricing to Customer based on Agreement/Amendment
Special projects and other tasks as assigned

Pay Rate:
Pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.
