Job Summary
Job Responsibility:-

  • Listen to and transcribe recorded dictations of medical notes, reports, and clinical summaries.
  • Prepare documents such as discharge summaries, operative notes, consultation notes, diagnostic reports, etc.
  • Edit and proofread transcripts for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
  • Ensure correct formatting as per hospital documentation standards
  • Identify and correctly interpret medical terms, abbreviations, medications, and procedures.
  • Verify unclear information and cross-check data with doctors or clinical staff when needed.
  • Maintain quality standards with minimal errors
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical departments for clarification of dictations.
  • Provide timely updates on pending or completed transcripts.
  • Work collaboratively with medical records and documentation teams.

Required Experience: 1-2 Years of experience
Education: Min Graduate(B.Sc) will be preferred , Male candidate will preferred
