We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Civil Engineering freshers to join our project team as Planning / Billing Engineers. This role offers hands-on exposure to project planning, billing, measurement, and documentation activities in a live construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of client bills and subcontractor bills along with supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers to collect, verify, and validate work measurements.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Support project teams in ensuring timely billing and documentation.
• Assist senior engineers in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project and organizational standards.
• Maintain systematic records of drawings, revisions, measurements, and billing documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Freshers)
• Good understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and building construction activities.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn planning, billing processes, and site coordination.
• Knowledge of Tamil language is an added advantage for effective site communication.
