• Managing all construction functions including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction.
• Master Construction schedules (L4 level) including preconstruction stages.
• Business cash flows for indication cash outflows and sales inflows (10 year Business plan for project life cycle).
• Investor Management and submission of required dashboards for Investors.
• Identification of key constraints and critical issue for the project Analyze the delays and Provide alternatives (recovery schedule /catch up plans) to avoid potential project delays and claims

• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and tracking on Monthly basis to ensure the project completion within allocated budget.
• Coordination with Project team and contractors and set the project milestone.
• Inter Department coordination with Liasioning, Design, Contracts and Purchase Team.
• Material Procurement Plan as per business plan.
• Post construction – handover to Facility Management and coordinate for resolution of customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Financers & Investors on regular basis and update the project status
• Close monitoring of cost in coordination with Project and Finance team for system closures.
• Updating legal team on RERA milestone status.

BIM Implementation:

• Finalize the Digital workflows for the business processes.
• Upgrade the Digital construction checklist to ensure good quality product.
• Target to avoid reworks through collaboration with different stakeholders to restrain change.
• Finalization of construction methodologies and zoning to workout the time line for project completion.
• Assessment of project cost & timelines using BIM Softwares with 95% accuracy at “stage 0”
• Clash detection with different model (structure, MEP, Architect) to check the feasibility of construction
• Define the BIM strategy for the Project; identify and maintain the BIM goals and priorities
• Lead the BIM deployment within construction stage
• Report to the Project upper management on any issues surrounding BIM implementation
• Act as primary Stakeholder/Contractor interface on any BIM related issue.
