Job Title: BIM Architect (F&B / Retail Projects)

Location: Hyderabad, India

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative BIM Architect to lead the design and BIM coordination for F&B outlets, retail spaces, and restaurant projects. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, functional, and visually appealing designs while ensuring efficient BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of BIM-based architectural designs for F&B and retail projects. 
• Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation. 
• Ensure design compliance with brand standards, operational requirements, and local regulations. 
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, MEP, project management) for seamless execution. 
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of BIM models and outputs. 
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements. 
• Provide technical guidance to BIM Modelers and junior team members. 
• Ensure efficient BIM workflows, standards, and best practices are followed. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects. 
• Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools. 
• Proven experience in handling multi-outlet / retail rollout projects is highly preferred. 
• Strong design sense with attention to detail and functionality. 
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
