BIM Architect & BIM Structural Modeler

• Develop and maintain accurate Revit 3D models (Architecture & Structure) from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Handle full architectural modeling (walls, floors, roofs, finishes, families) and structural modeling (columns, beams, slabs, rebar, foundations, connections).
• Perform clash detection, coordination with MEP & other trades using Navisworks, produce coordinated shop drawings and schedules.
• Extract quantities, prepare as-built models, support 4D/5D when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes (Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality, Estidama, Civil Defense), project BEP and ISO 19650.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve site RFIs using the model.
• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 4–8 years total experience with minimum 3 years in UAE contracting companies (Tier 1 or 2 contractors preferred).
• Expert in Revit (Architecture + Structure), Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong portfolio showing high-rise/residential/commercial projects delivered in UAE.
• Can independently manage both architectural and structural modeling.
• Immediate joining & currently based in UAE preferred.
