🔴 Job Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Planning: Design and develop layouts, elevations, and structural plans for residential and commercial projects.

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of architectural plan development, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Technical Drawings: Develop specialized architectural drawings and consolidate project requirements and specifications.

Compliance & Permits: Conduct site inspections, obtain necessary permits, and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.

Client & Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, address concerns, and ensure project requirements are met.

Industry Research: Stay updated with engineering disciplines, application methods, and emerging materials.

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior architects, provide training, and organize workshops to enhance team expertise.

Collaboration: Work closely with various industry professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

🔴 Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in architecture.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Navisworks and other CAD software.

Project Management: Strong ability to plan, organize, and coordinate complex architectural projects.

Leadership: Excellent team management, delegation, and collaboration skills.
