Hiring: BIM Architect – Consultant Role (Dubai) Experience

Required: 5+ years (minimum 2 years in Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Availability: Immediate joining preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect with over 5 years of consultancy experience, including at least 2 years in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in conceptual and detailed design, combined with advanced knowledge of BIM workflows, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural concepts and detailed design packages using BIM platforms
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to maintain design integrity
• Conduct site visits and provide BIM-based technical support during construction phases
• Support project managers and clients with BIM coordination and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience, with at least 2 years in Dubai
• Proven expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept and detailed design projects
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality submission procedures and standards
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
