BIM Architect ( REVIT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect (Revit) to develop detailed architectural models and drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit Architecture and a solid understanding of construction documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and design teams for clash detection
• Ensure BIM standards and project guidelines are followed
• Produce 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings
• Review and update models as per project changes
• Participate in project meetings and client discussions when required
• Maintain accurate project documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
• 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks (preferred)
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Experience in clash detection and coordination
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international projects (US/UK/Middle East)
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards
• Basic knowledge of rendering tools ( Lumion / Enscape)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
