BIM ARCHITECT/MODELLER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models according to project requirements and standards using Revit.
• Collaborate with design teams to gather project information and ensure design intent is properly reflected.
• Generate construction documents, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings from the BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve spatial conflicts, and coordinate multidisciplinary design changes.
• Implement and adhere to BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
• Perform quality control, conduct regular audits of models, and update models based on feedback or field changes.
• Support visualization, coordination meetings, and decision-making with 3D renderings and detailed views.
• Work with other software like AutoCAD and Navisworks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with BIM workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems as represented in models.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across disciplines.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and ability to implement them effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
