Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architectural Draftsman to join our client, a leading construction company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong drafting expertise, advanced knowledge of BIM tools, and the ability to deliver precise and high-quality architectural drawings that align with project and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and maintain architectural drawings and BIM models in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Review, update, and refine drawings based on project changes, client feedback, and technical input.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company, project, and international standards.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Civil/Architectural Drafting or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural drafting.
• Prior work experience in the Middle East will be considered an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent) and drafting standards.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: QAR 4,000 – 5,000 (based on experience).
• Accommodation: Company-provided bachelor shared accommodation.
• Transportation: Provided by the company.
• Air Ticket: Round trip ticket provided after completion of 18 months contract.
