Job Title: BIM Architectural Draftsman

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 4,000 – 5,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are looking for a talented BIM Architectural Draftsman to join our client, a leading construction company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality drawings using the latest BIM tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings and BIM models as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and update designs/drawings based on client and project feedback.
• Ensure drawings meet company and industry standards.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Civil/Architectural Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Prior experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi .
• Strong knowledge of BIM tools and drafting standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: QAR 4,000 – 5,000 (based on experience).
• Accommodation: Company-provided bachelor shared accommodation.
• Transportation: Provided by the company.
• Air Ticket: Round trip ticket provided after completion of 18 months contract.
