BIM Architecture

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate architectural models, ensuring design coordination, and supporting project teams throughout all phases of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using BIM software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve clashes and ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project workflows are followed.
• Perform clash detection and model validation.
• Update models based on design changes and client feedback.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
• Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Experience in clash detection and coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale commercial/residential projects.
• Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
