BIM-Arch/Modeler /Coordinator

1.BIM Architect (Architecture) Responsible for developing coordinated architectural BIM models (LOD 300–500) as per project specifications, Dubai Municipality, and local authority standards. Supports design validation, prepares detailed drawings, resolves clashes with structural/MEP teams, and ensures model accuracy for construction. Works closely with project engineers, consultants, and site teams to deliver compliant and buildable architectural solutions.1.

2.BIM Modeler Creates and updates architectural BIM models using Revit as per project requirements and UAE authority guidelines. Produces shop drawings, schedules, and detailed 3D views. Coordinates with internal teams to incorporate mark-ups, RFIs, and site changes, ensuring accurate and timely model development for execution.

3. BIM Coordinator Leads BIM coordination for all disciplines (Arch/Str/MEP) within contracting projects. Manages clash detection (Navisworks), model integration, and weekly coordination meetings. Ensures models comply with BEP, project standards, and UAE authority requirements. Facilitates smooth communication between design consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, ensuring coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables.

Minimum 5-12 years with minimum 3-5 years experience in UAE/GCC (Building and Villa Projects)
