BIM (Building Information Modeling) Designer, Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry in UAE.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of other 3D design tools such as Lumion, Navisworks, Enscape, Dynamo, Rhino 3D, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-ray, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus.
• Familiarity with MEP, Structural, and AVL disciplines.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and experience in clash detection, coordination, and model validation.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations applicable to BIM.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Ukrainian (or Russian)
