Job Opportunity: BIM COORDINATOR

Onix Engineering Consultancy – Dubai, UAE

ONIX ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and hardworking BIM Coordinator to lead and support our digital design and coordination workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing BIM models, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate 3D models submitted by consultants and contractors.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks in Autodesk Revit.
• Manage, update, and maintain all BIM project documents and standards.
• Adjust and enhance design templates using BIM modeling tools.
• Create digital simulations of onsite workflows and construction sequences.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout all project phases.
• Transfer information and model data to updated software versions when required.
• Ensure all BIM model parameters and deliverables are in full compliance with the BEP.
• Support coordination meetings and assist in resolving interdisciplinary design clashes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple models and maintain structured file organization.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in BIM management within the UAE is an advantage.
