BIM Coordinator

Collective AEC is an outsourcing firm specializing in BIM modeling, 3D visualization, and parametric design for global clients. We focus on delivering accurate, efficient, and coordinated design documentation using advanced digital tools.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect to develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) across project stages. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure precision, coordination, and design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed BIM models in Revit.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare accurate drawings and documentation.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of BIM/Revit experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks (Rhino/Grasshopper a plus).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
