BIM Coordinator (Architectural / Structural)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven hands-on experience in BIM coordination at the construction stage.
• Deep understanding and demonstrated experience with LOD 400 & LOD 500 standards.
• Strong proficiency in the following software and tools:
• Autodesk Revit – including parametric family creation and template customization.
• Navisworks Manage – for clash detection and reporting.
• Dynamo – capable of building scripts from scratch.
• COBie – knowledge of data structuring and export requirements.
