About the Role:

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across multidisciplinary design and construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM coordination for multidisciplinary projects (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).

• Develop, manage, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.

• Coordinate 3D models among various disciplines and resolve clashes using BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revit).

• Ensure models and documentation comply with project and company BIM standards.

• Support project teams with technical expertise in BIM processes, workflows, and best practices.

• Conduct regular model audits, quality checks, and coordination meetings.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior BIM staff.

• Collaborate closely with design managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless model integration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in BIM coordination.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.

• In-depth understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and project coordination workflows.

• Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.

• Exposure to clash detection, model audits, and LOD standards.

• Ability to lead and guide BIM modelers/technicians.

• Excellent communication, leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Valid QID (transferable) is mandatory.

• Available to join immediately or within short notice.

• Willing to commit on a contract basis.
