BIM Drafter

What You’ll Do

* Develop accurate Revit BIM models for architectural and interior design projects

• Produce complete drawing packages—plans, RCPs, sections, elevations, and detailed technical drawings
• Prepare shop drawings for joinery, millwork, partitions, ceilings, and custom interior elements
• Translate design concepts, sketches, and markups into fully coordinated technical documentation
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, engineers, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with drafting standards, building codes, and project specifications
• Conduct site measurements and update drawings to match real site conditions
• Support procurement and construction teams with clear, accurate technical details

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering.

• 7-9 years of drafting experience in architectural or interior design projects (3 years minimum using BIM, and experience in UAE/KSA interior design projects is a must)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM)—mandatory
• Solid AutoCAD skills and strong technical detailing knowledge
• Understanding of joinery, interior detailing, and construction practices
• Ability to manage revisions, coordinate across disciplines, and deliver on deadlines
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
