Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Engineer and Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed electrical designs and models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Design and Modeling:
• Develop detailed electrical designs and 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure that electrical designs align with project goals and specifications.
• Attend project meetings and communicate design changes and updates effectively.
• Technical Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain electrical design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Conduct reviews of design documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Quality Assurance:
• Perform quality checks on electrical models and designs to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers and designers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• years of experience in electrical design and BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
