About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Engineer to join our dynamic team for upcoming high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
• Coordinate BIM across architectural, structural, MEP, and construction teams.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts before construction.
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and detailed design documentation.
• Support project teams in BIM execution and model development throughout all phases (Design, Construction, As-built).
• Implement and follow company BIM standards, protocols, and BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Assist in the implementation of BIM 360 and cloud-based collaboration platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 of experience in BIM for high-rise or large-scale building projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
