BIM Engineer

Job Summary:
The BIM Engineer (Joinery) is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed BIM models for joinery, carpentry, and fit-out works. The role ensures accurate shop drawings, clash-free models, and smooth coordination with design, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for joinery and fit-out elements using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM software.
• Prepare joinery shop drawings, cutting lists, material schedules, and fabrication details.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, production teams, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with project specifications and joinery standards.
• Generate accurate quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs from BIM models.
• Update models as per site changes, design revisions, and client feedback.
