BIM Engineer (MEP)

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP BIM models using software such as Revit.
• Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts in MEP systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate MEP designs.
• Ensure that MEP designs meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance on MEP BIM processes and workflows.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in MEP BIM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Proven experience in MEP design and BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to MEP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
