BIM Leader

Job Responsibilities

Establish the project BIM standards, modeling specifications, document structure and delivery requirements, formulate the BIM work plan and schedule, and standardize the BIM work process.

Lead the team to complete the modeling, integration, collision check and deepening drawing of architecture, structure and MEP majors, ensure the accuracy and completeness of the BIM model, and solve the model collision and other problems.

Be responsible for the application of BIM 4D/5D, including schedule simulation, cost association, visual disclosure, to provide technical support for project schedule and cost management.

Create, manage, and review BIM models for projects up to 500 LOD (Level of Development), ensuring that models are developed with the required level of detail and accuracy at each project stage, and verifying that all model elements are coordinated, constructible, and suitable for shop drawing production and construction implementation.

Be proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, BIM Track, etc.), optimize the BIM application process, improve work efficiency, and provide BIM technical training for the team.

Coordinate the integration of BIM models of various professions, communicate with design, construction and other teams, output construction drawings, bill of materials, as-built models and other deliverables that meet the requirements.

Participate in project technical review, drawing review and on-site technical guidance, use BIM technology to assist in solving on-site construction problems, and promote the application of BIM technology in the whole project process.

Job Requirements

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture , MEP or BIM related majors; Master's degree is preferred.

Work Experience: More than 15 years of BIM work experience in construction projects, among which more than 10 years of experience as a BIM lead; experience in overseas construction projects (Saudi Arabia/Middle East) is preferred; experience in large-scale construction projects is preferred.

Professional Skills: Proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, BIM Track, etc.); have rich experience in BIM modeling, model integration, collision check and deepening design; familiar with BIM standards and delivery requirements of overseas projects; understand the application of BIM 4D/5D.

Comprehensive Abilities: Strong team leadership and management ability, able to lead the team to complete the BIM work efficiently; strong communication and coordination ability, able to communicate effectively with multiple professional teams; careful and rigorous work, with strong sense of responsibility; proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to complete English BIM documents and communicate with foreign parties.

Others: Be able to work on the project site for a long time; have relevant BIM professional qualification certificates is preferred.
