BIM Manager

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and oversee all BIM processes on our construction projects. You will ensure accurate 3D modeling, coordinate with project teams, and implement BIM strategies across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM workflows, standards, and model coordination.
• Conduct clash detection, quality checks, and ensure model accuracy.
• Mentor and guide BIM staff to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 13-15 years of experience in BIM management on large projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of international BIM standards is a plus.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
