About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM operations for F&B, retail outlets, restaurant, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will oversee BIM standards, workflows, coordination, and project delivery while leading a team of BIM Architects and BIM Modelers.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing multiple fast-paced retail and hospitality projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Architects and BIM Modelers. 
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project execution strategies. 
• Oversee BIM coordination and ensure accurate development of architectural and MEP models. 
• Manage BIM deliverables, project timelines, and quality standards across multiple projects. 
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Conduct clash detection reviews and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools. 
• Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications. 
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members. 
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. 
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry best practices. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 
• 8–12 years of experience in BIM and architectural project coordination. 
• Strong experience in F&B, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial projects is mandatory. 
• Proven experience leading BIM teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related BIM software. 
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. 

Reporting Structure

• The BIM Architect and BIM Modeler teams will directly report to the BIM Manager. 
• The BIM Manager will coordinate closely with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
