BIM Manager – Architecture | 📍 Location: Alexandria

Join our team and lead the BIM delivery for large-scale projects. We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Manager to establish and lead a high-performing BIM team, ensuring excellence in coordination, quality, and digital project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Architectural BIM team across complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop and implement BEP , BIM standards, workflows, and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models (Architecture, Structure, MEP & Civil) and oversee Clash Detection using Navisworks.
• Manage project delivery through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Ensure compliance with LOD , and CDE standards.
• Mentor BIM Engineers and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering . Civil candidates must have strong architectural BIM experience and a solid understanding of architectural workflows and coordination.
• 8+ years of BIM experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale or multidisciplinary projects .
• Expert in Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), AutoCAD , and other relevant BIM software. Experience with additional BIM/3D platforms is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of BEP (BIM Execution Plan), LOD (Level of Development), CDE (Common Data Environment), Clash Detection, BIM Coordination, and QA/QC .
• Experience with Dynamo is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BIM team.
