We are currently hiring a full-time, onsite BIM Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems to join our growing team in Nasr City. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for HVAC (Ducting, Chilled Water, DX Systems), Plumbing & Drainage, and Firefighting (Sprinklers, Pumps, Networks).
• Prepare Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, Schedules, and BOQs using Revit MEP.
• Create and modify Revit Families and ensure models meet LOD 300–400 standards.
• Conduct Clash Detection using Navisworks Manage and provide design solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and SMACNA.
• Collaborate with Electrical and Structural BIM Engineers for project coordination.
• Review legacy drawings in AutoCAD and integrate them into BIM workflows.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP (mandatory), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with design codes: ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SMACNA.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for BOQ preparation).
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in modeling and documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in large-scale projects (Hospitals, Malls, Towers) is a plus.
• Good command of English (reading and writing).

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
