BIM MEP. coordinator

BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining discipline-specific BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clash-free integration across architectural, structural, and MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.

The role acts as the technical bridge between designers, engineers, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection models
• Lead MEP clash detection and resolution with other disciplines
• Ensure proper system routing, clearances, and access zones
• Manage MEP families, system parameters, and calculations
• Coordinate with site teams for constructability and installation sequencing

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM
• UAE experience is a must
• Advanced Revit MEP skills
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards
• Experience with plant rooms, shafts, and ceiling coordination
• Familiarity with load calculations and system sizing

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with ACC / BIM 360
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects
