BIM MEP Engineer

About ECOMES: ECOMES is a dynamic company specializing in smart and sustainable construction. We provide BIM models up to LOD 500 and focus on Green Building and Energy analysis & Certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and model MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) using BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using BIM coordination tools.
• Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Review and coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize designs.
• Help develop and implement BIM standards and workflows for MEP projects.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM tools and MEP design practices.

• B.E.Mech./B.E. Civil./B.E.Elec
• Location: Nagpur/Pune, Maharashtra
