Job Description :-

• BIM Model Creation: Develop and maintain BIM models across different project stages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM models into the overall project workflow.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models, conducting regular reviews and updates as required.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Identify and resolve any clashes within the BIM models, coordinating with project stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation related to BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Revit

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the real estate, industrial, or residential sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in relevant BIM software tools (exact tools not specified).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
