BIM Modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is urgently seeking skilled Electrical BIM Modelers to join our expanding team for multiple prestigious projects across Dubai. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals passionate about delivering high-quality BIM models and technical documentation within fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Revit MEP.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and single-line diagrams.
• Collaborate effectively with mechanical, architectural, and structural teams to achieve fully coordinated, clash-free designs.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks.
• Follow and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.
• Ensure all models and documentation comply with UAE authority regulations and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of lighting, power, containment, and ELV systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
