BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate and coordinate BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Support project teams by providing technical expertise and guidance on BIM processes and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software and industry trends to continually improve modeling techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
