BIM Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler for a short-term assignment based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working on large-scale construction projects in Qatar or the wider GCC region and is available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy
• Produce construction documentation and drawings from BIM models
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues across disciplines
• Support project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on projects in Qatar
• Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related BIM tools
• Previous Qatar / GCC project experience is preferred
• Familiarity with BIM execution plans and LOD requirements
• Ability to join immediately
