BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to create and manage detailed 3D models for construction and engineering projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate modeling, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Extract quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs from models
• Update models based on site changes and design revisions
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Understanding of construction drawings and standards (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Experience in MEP / Structural / Architectural modeling (based on role)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Facade / Aluminium / Glass projects (very useful for your company)
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Familiarity with LOD (Level of Development) standards
• Basic understanding of 4D/5D BIM concepts

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
