Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit BIM Modeler with proven expertise in aluminum and façade systems to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models and detailed 2D documentation for complex façade projects. This role is critical in ensuring precise coordination, smooth fabrication processes, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models for aluminum and façade systems in compliance with project requirements and BIM protocols.
• Coordinate façade elements with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Produce shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using tools such as Navisworks.
• Implement and adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company CAD/BIM standards.
• Perform quality control checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and maintain BIM content, families, and libraries related to aluminum façades and curtain wall systems.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date model data throughout all project phases.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Revit Modeler.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and façade systems.

Software Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential).
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 (preferred).

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of façade engineering, curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing types, and aluminum fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Skills

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
