Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit BIM Modeler – Aluminum & Façade to join our Engineering and Design team. The role focuses on developing accurate 3D BIM models and 2D construction documentation for complex aluminum façade and curtain wall projects. The successful candidate will ensure precise coordination, constructability, and fabrication-ready outputs that support efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Revit BIM models for aluminum façade, curtain wall, and cladding systems in line with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate façade elements with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Produce shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination reviews using tools such as Navisworks.
• Implement and comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company CAD/BIM standards.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications.
• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM families, libraries, and templates specific to aluminum façade and curtain wall systems.
• Provide ongoing BIM support to project teams throughout all project phases with accurate and updated model data.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Revit BIM Modeler.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and façade systems.

Software Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of façade engineering, curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, glazing types, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural and engineering drawings.
