Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in aluminum and façade systems to join our engineering and design team. The role involves creating accurate 3D BIM models and 2D construction documentation for complex architectural façade projects. The BIM Modeler will ensure seamless coordination, precise fabrication details, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Revit BIM models for aluminum and façade systems in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate façade components with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to prevent design conflicts.
• Generate shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Participate in clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination reviews using tools such as Navisworks.
• Follow and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company CAD/BIM standards.
• Perform regular quality control checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and maintain BIM content, families, and libraries specific to aluminum façades and curtain wall systems.
• Support project teams throughout all project phases by providing accurate and up-to-date model data.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years professional experience as a Revit Modeler.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with aluminum and façade systems.

Software Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is advantageous.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of façade engineering, curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing types, and aluminum fabrication.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural and engineering drawings.
