Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models (Architecture / Structure / Mechanical / Electrical) using Revit.
Generate shop drawings, schedules, quantities, and detailed construction documents.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with all other disciplines (MEP, Structure, Architecture).
Support BIM coordination meetings, ensure model accuracy, and implement design modifications.
Ensure models meet LOD 300–500 and comply with UAE authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense).
Participate in project documentation, updates, and as-built modeling.
Assist with 4D/5D modeling (if applicable) for project planning and costing.
Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), naming conventions, and project protocols.
Collaborate using BIM 360 / ACC / Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms for cloud-based model management.
